Jess + Javan's Engagement // 2015

I knew Jessyka and Javan in high school, and when Javan finally decided to pop the question this spring (2015) I couldn't have been more overjoyed! Jess has been one of my closest friends for years and having the chance to photograph moments of her with the man who is going to love her for the rest of her days was truly an honor. These two humans are so full of love and joy. Time spent with them is always filled with continuous laughter. In preparing for their summer 2015 wedding, we had the opportunity to capture some of the sweetest moments with these two. I always enjoy being able to photograph people when they are at their happiest, but when it is someone that you call one of your closest friends, there is a different joy that it brings to your heart.
